Ordering and delivery times
Several weeks may seem like an awfully long time to wait for a dress in the days of immediate shopping satisfaction and next day delivery .. but please do wait, and here is why.
Each dress is made by hand to order for each customer which is something we pride ourselves in so we do feel that waiting a little bit of time for something which really has been made for you makes it even more special.

The easiest way to order and pay is online from the Hubba Hubba website. Simply browse the collection, select your garment, fabric and size then pay online through our secure server. You may choose a standard UK dress size or have your garment made to measure where applicable.
We are a small company and all of our items are handmade when we receive you order. Therefore, our delivery times are a little bit longer. Your made to order garment will be with you within 4 – 6 weeks.
All orders in the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail Special delivery and require a signature on receipt.
We have set delivery charges of:
£6.00 for UK deliveries
£15.00 for overseas deliveries.
For UK customers once we have despatched your order we will notify you and provide you with a tracking reference number. Overseas Customers please be aware that if you live outside of Europe, you may be charged duty on your purchases and this is your responsibility. Duty levels can vary significantly, so please check with your country’s Customs and Excise office to find out more.
If for some reason, you have not received you order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your order.
Although we make every effort to describe each garment as accurately as possible we hope you understand that the hand-crafted nature of the garments and other products means that there may sometimes be slight variations in the texture of fabrics and the size of garments.
For standard UK dress sizes (sizes 8 to 14) if you are not entirely happy with your order please return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. I am afraid we are unable to exchange any garments as they are all made to order. You need to return the despatch note or invoice along with the unused garment in its original packaging. The returned garment must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a full refund. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment.
However, we cannot accept returns of any non standard UK dress size made to measure items (where you have given us your personal measurements). A demi-couture garment is one that you have requested to be made especially for you. These one-of-a-kind items cannot be returned for any reason other than a defect (in which case you may choose a full refund). In this case you will need to return the despatch note or invoice along with the unused garment in its original packaging. The returned garment must be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a full refund. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
